private (1:1) and semi-private (two people) sessions available. Private Sessions: a 1:1 60-minute session including pilates reformer, pilates mat, and other somatic/bodywork exercises catered to your body & your goals. beginner friendly; no experience needed! Cost: Private 1:1 sessions are priced on a sliding scale of $65-120 per session. For reference, the average cost of a pilates private session in Buffalo is $92.00. I encourage you to choose a service rate that will allow you to be consistent with your practice (recommended 1x per week). Semi-Private Duet Sessions: a 60-minute session for two people (partner is self-selected) including pilates reformer, pilates mat, and other somatic/bodywork exercises catered to your body & your goals. beginner friendly; no experience needed! Cost: Semi-Private Duet sessions are priced on a sliding scale of $45-65 per person, per session. I encourage you to choose a service rate that will allow you to be consistent with your practice (recommended 1x per week). If one duet partner cannot attend a session, the remaining partner can pay an additional $10 to hold a discounted private session instead. All sessions take place at the Carriage House Collective, 1134 Delaware Ave, Buffalo NY behind Amigone Funeral Home.
