Service Description
1:1 Healthy Aging Coaching - 30 and 60 minute sessions available Coaching sessions combine gentle pilates, strength training, mobility exercises, aerobics, balance and coordination skills, and other somatic/bodywork practices to help you stay active as you age. Catered to your body & your goals. Beginner friendly; no experience needed! Cost: 60 minute sessions are priced on a sliding scale of $55-90 per session. 30 minute sessions are priced on a sliding scale of $35-55 per session. I encourage you to choose a service rate that will allow you to be consistent with your practice (recommended 1x per week). What You Will Need: You will need a yoga or pilates mat and enough space to fully lie down, stretch your arms and legs out wide, and not touch anything around you - which is typically around the length of your body plus a couple of feet on either side (roughly 6-7 feet long by 3-4 feet wide). Make sure there is nothing you can trip on! Kitchens, offices, and living rooms can work very well. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing you can move in. You can use a chair, table, or counter top to assist with balance if needed. Please test all technology (log on, microphone, camera) and make sure you have a good camera angle where you can be seen clearly before your session begins. Cancellation Policy
Private pilates coaching sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Clients will do their absolute best to give their coach at least 24-hours of notice if they need to cancel their session. Late cancellations are subject to a charge of 50% of the total service cost. Unused packages will not be refunded.
